Meditation in the workplace

Work smarter, not harder

All businesses and teams are striving to get the best out of their employees. However, stress and absenteeism is greatly effecting productivity and work satisfaction and is costing Australian businesses close to $15 billion per year. Countless scientific research papers prove that meditation has a positive impact on businesses and teams. It is no surprise that the most successful business in the world are investing in meditation. Vedic Meditation provides a systematic way of releasing stress and fatigue from the physiology and in the workplace this leads to:

  • Improved productivity, concentration, decision making and learning capacity

  • Increased creativity, problem solving and innovation

  • Less absenteeism, increase staff retention and create more efficient workers

  • Happier employees, positive morale and collaboration

I have a keen interest in and have previously studied teamwork, leadership and facilitation. Early in my professional career I was promoted to management positions and currently sit on the leadership team at What Ability. I am motivated to create real change for businesses and teams by teaching this natural and effortless technique that has had a positive impact on so many businesses and teams already.

The child’s technique is available to children with at least one parent who has already learnt Vedic Meditation. The cost for the children’s course is $110 per child as well as a drawing or piece of artwork from your child. For more information please contact Dan.

Children and teens who are 12-18 years old are eligible to learn the eyes-closed adult meditation technique, with the intro talk and four-day course tailored to their needs. The course fee is $550.

What a blessing it was to have Dan as my very first group meditation teacher! He is warm, compassionate, knowledgeable and has a way of meeting you exactly where you are at on the meditation/life journey. I have felt nothing but support from Dan as a teacher, and have gained a lot of insight from the group meditation sessions. Thank you Dan!
