Infinite Adaptability, Absolute Groundedness

Every time we practice Vedic Meditation, we increase our ability to adapt to changes in demand or expectations. This is important when we consider that all that is ever happening is change. The process of evolution is a result of progressive change. Without change, there is no progress. 🦍🚶🏽‍♀️

In order to not only survive, but also to grow and flourish with change, being able to adapt and stay grounded is vital.

Equally as vital, is our ability to rest. The amount of rest we can achieve  is directly correlated to the amount we can adapt. We can all remember a night of little sleep and how it effected us the next day…🥱🤯😩

One sitting of Vedic Meditation achieves a level of rest that can far exceed the rest achieved from a night’s sleep. Consistent practice leads to an adaptive response to demands and the changes that occur, rather than a stress (fight or flight) response.

Not only do we become highly adaptable but each time we meditate, the mind transcends beyond thoughts and grounds itself in the state of Being. We come out of meditation feeling grounded, with greater capabilities to call on when needed.

If you want to increase your resilience, adaptability and groundedness come along to an Intro Talk to hear more about the above and other ways Vedic Meditation will improve your life.
