Break The Cycle

Isn't it ironic that many people think that the toughest task in our modern world is to just rest and do nothing?

Breaking the cycle of constantly engaging in activity can be challenging but a very important choice we have. A choice I made over a decade ago, burnt out with adrenal fatigue in my twenties.

Our bodies and minds are exhausted, and they don’t have to be. Vedic meditation is easy to learn and simple to practice. It does the work for us. Our mind settles down to its least excited state and the intelligence of our body does the rest (no pun intended). 

No thinking required. Just find somewhere you can safely close your eyes with a little back support. The easy task is resting and doing nothing. The toughest, making the choice to break the cycle of constantly engaging in activity.
